SMMOS.com provides a white-label reseller platform for social media marketing services, including followers, likes, views, and comments for various social media platforms. Our platform allows resellers to integrate our API into their WordPress sites and offer our services under their own branding.

3. Reseller Accounts

When you create a reseller account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activities under your account. Resellers are responsible for their own customer support and billing.

4. Service Delivery

All services are delivered through our automated system. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as these depend on social media platform restrictions and API limitations.

Important: We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or other penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services. Resellers should inform their customers about potential risks.

5. API Usage

Resellers must use our API in accordance with our documentation. Excessive API calls or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our resellers and their customers:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, business information
  • Payment Information: Billing address, payment method details (processed by secure third parties)
  • Service Data: Social media account details for service delivery
  • API Usage Data: API calls, service requests, order history
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our reseller platform
  • To process transactions and deliver purchased services
  • To communicate with resellers about orders, services, and platform updates
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been initiated or completed, except in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered within 7 days of purchase
  • Service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery entirely

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your refund request
  3. Evidence supporting your claim

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where service was partially delivered, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of service completed.

4. Reseller Refunds

Resellers are responsible for handling refund requests from their own customers according to their own refund policies.

Note: Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be considered. We do not offer refunds for drops in engagement metrics after service delivery or for services that have already started processing.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

When using SMMOS.com, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Use our services for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or API
  • Use our services to manipulate social media metrics for malicious purposes

2. Service Restrictions

You may not use our services to:

  • Promote illegal activities or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with the normal operation of social media platforms
  • Violate terms of service of any social media platform
  • Engage in activities that could damage our reputation or business
  • Resell our services on platforms that violate our terms

3. API Usage Limits

Resellers must adhere to API rate limits and may not attempt to circumvent them. Excessive API usage may result in additional charges or suspension.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including account termination and service cancellation without refund.

Security Policy

1. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for data transmission
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Secure server infrastructure with firewalls
  • Limited access to sensitive data
  • API key encryption and secure storage

2. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping account credentials and API keys secure
  • Using strong, unique passwords
  • Reporting suspected security issues immediately
  • Not sharing API keys or account credentials
  • Implementing security measures on their own reseller sites

4. Incident Response

In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery.

Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement outlines how SMMOS.com processes personal data on behalf of our resellers when providing social media marketing services.

2. Data Processing

We process limited personal data necessary to deliver our services, including:

  • Social media account identifiers (usernames, profile URLs)
  • Service preferences and order details
  • Communication data for customer support
  • API usage data for service optimization

3. Data Minimization

We only process data necessary for service delivery and do not collect unnecessary personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

5. Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal basis for processing their customers' data and for providing necessary disclosures to their customers.

Service Level Agreement

1. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our website, API, and ordering system. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

2. Delivery Times

Service delivery times vary by platform and service type:

  • Standard services: 24-72 hours
  • Premium services: 12-48 hours
  • Custom orders: As specified at time of purchase
  • Bulk orders: May require additional processing time

3. Support Response

We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours during business days. API-related issues receive priority support.

4. API Uptime

We guarantee 99% uptime for our API endpoints. In case of extended downtime, we may issue service credits to affected resellers.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by social media platform changes, API limitations, internet outages, or other factors beyond our control.

Disclaimer

1. Service Limitations

Our services provide social media engagement metrics through automated systems. We cannot guarantee specific results or prevent potential account restrictions by social media platforms.

2. No Warranty

All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMOS.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

4. Social Media Platform Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with the terms of service of respective social media platforms. We are not liable for any violations or penalties imposed by these platforms.

5. Reseller Responsibility

Resellers are solely responsible for their business operations, customer relationships, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
